The Team Had a slew of great results in April 2026, formally kicking off the racing season with the return of Avoca Road Racing and several high profile local Gravel Races

Sam Gramlich took 2nd in the AMBCS Iron Mountain CX Cat 2 Race with a dominant off road performance on April 12th

On April 17th, NSR Rider Isaac Anzalone rode to a strong 3rd Place finish in his age group at Sea Otter Classic after crashing and chasing back on.

The Team showed up in force for the NWA local Avoca Race series on April 22nd. 10 NSR Riders toed the line for the Cat B Race, with Jared Neufer and Jesse Nabholz bringing it in for the A Category. In the B’s, the clockwise course direction and a strong finishing tailwind kept the race together until the final sprint, where Joel Raymond secured a 2nd Place finish. NSR riders finished 4th, 6th, 7th, amd 9th to round out the Top 10 scoring positions. In the A race, a strong break on the final lap strung the field out, with Jared finishing 7th.

At the Highlands Gravel Classic on April 25th, 3 NSR Riders competed for the chance to earn a slot at the UCI World Championships in Australia in October. One of only 2 qualifying events in the US, the 67 mile course boasts 6500+ of elevation and features a field of riders from across the world. Jamie Walden raced hard in the front group of the Age Group field, placing 2nd in the 40-44 Age Group and earning his ticket to Worlds. Curtis Grace rode his own race, chasing down riders in the final 10 miles to place 4th in the 35-39 Age Group and earn his ticket. Jesse flatted early in the race and fought back for a 7th place finish in the 45-49 Age Group.
